Visit the Olympic Museum
The tour of the MOE enables you to learn about the origins of sports and the Olympic Movement; learn about its intrinsic values; fair play, winning with elegance and losing with dignity, learn that with effort and perseverance you can exceed your own limits; recognize the effort and spirit behind a champion. A tour through more than 2,310 m2 where you can learn about the Olympics and Paralympics; minority and newly created sports; admire the idols of this universal movement congregated in the Museum Hall of Fame and re-live the Barcelona Games.
Guided tour of Olympic facilities only available from tuesday to friday
The Guided tour of the Olympic facilities, Stadium and Palau Sant Jordi provides the inside story of the two principal facilities where the 1992 Olympic Games were held. Their origins, their technical specifications, their development, and much more; learn about these jewels of sporting architecture in depth.
Outline of the “Olympic Movement and Sports”
The Outline of the “The Olympic Movement and Sports” covers a complete program of education and activities based on the history, ideology, ethics and universal nature of the Olympic Movement and Sports. In this case, students work with three content types: conceptual, procedural and attitudes.
The Olympic Games have been chosen to become a point of reference. The Olympic Games are tangible, thus facilitating the work on the various transverse axes of Middle School (junior high school) education and this theme offers students a number of possibilities in all educational areas of study.
