DESCRIPTION:<p data-start="1007" data-end="1239">The Barcelona Olympic Foundation collaborates in the exhibition <strong data-start="1071" data-end="1115">“Bicycle and Society. From 1817 to 1960”</strong>, a display that offers a journey through the history of the bicycle from its origins to the first half of the 20th century.</p> <p data-start="1241" data-end="1458">The exhibition brings together a collection of more than sixty pieces from different periods, allowing visitors to discover the evolution of the bicycle and understand the key role its emergence has played in society.</p> <p data-start="1460" data-end="1636">Through this historical journey, the exhibition highlights the bicycle not only as a means of transport, but also as an element of social and cultural transformation over time.</p> <p data-start="1638" data-end="1771" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">The exhibition will take place at the <strong data-start="1676" data-end="1723">Gothic Courtyard of the Barcelona City Hall</strong>, and can be visited from <strong data-start="1749" data-end="1770">26 June to 6 July</strong>.</p> <p data-start="806" data-end="943"><img class="size-large wp-image-50258 aligncenter" src="https://www.museuolimpicbcn.cat/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/Cartell_Bicicleta-i-Societat_digital_A4-724x1024.jpg" alt="" width="724" height="1024" /></p>
