The Rio de Janeiro delegation, made up of Pedro Paulo Teixera, Chief Secretary of the Civil House; Guilherme Schleder, Under-Secretary of State; Marta Tellez, Communications Director of the Municipal Olympic Enterprise; Gabriel Bell, Chief Adviser for Bilateral Corporation and Julio Cessar, Chief Adviser of the President's Office (IPLAN), were received by the Barcelona City Council delegation headed by Maite Fandos; Enric Truñó, Commissioner for the Barcelona 2026 Olympic bid; and Josep Roca, International Affairs Coordinator.
