David Escudé, Sports Councillor, and Mauro Llorens, director of Win Sport Factor, organiser of the Barcelona Triathlon by Santander, have been in charge of announcing the new features of this new edition 2019.
This new edition had a more international approach, as stressed by Luís Herrero, Institutional Territorial Director of Banco Santander.
